Hackathon Rules
- Eligibility
- Open to all students of any departments (and invited participants, if applicable), Any college students can participate in this Hackathon.
- Teams must consist of 2–5 members.
- Each participant must be officially registered.
- Project Development
- All work must be done during the hackathon timeframe (36 hours).
- You may use open-source libraries, APIs, and frameworks.
- Pre-existing projects or codebases are not allowed.
- Submissions
- Teams must submit their project by the stated deadline on Devpost.
- Submissions must include a code repository, demo video, and project description.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Judging
- Projects will be evaluated based on Innovation, Technical Implementation, Impact, and Presentation.
- Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
- Prizes
- Prize pool worth ₹30,000 will be distributed among winners.
- Teams are responsible for dividing prizes internally.
- Intellectual Property
- Teams retain ownership of their projects.
- By participating, you grant permission for organizers to showcase your project for promotional purposes.
Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for all participants.
- Respect Everyone – Treat all hackers, mentors, and organizers with kindness.
- No Harassment – Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Fair Play – Plagiarism, cheating, or tampering with another team’s work will result in disqualification.
- Collaboration – Sharing knowledge and helping others is encouraged, but projects must remain your own.
- Wellbeing – Take breaks, rest, and respect venue rules and facilities.
🚨 Any violation of these rules or the code of conduct may lead to disqualification and removal from the event.
